- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Hydropower Engineering (desirable).
- Minimum 15–20 years total engineering experience
- Minimum 10 years working specifically on dam and hydropower construction projects
- Experience supervising contractors and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with HSE compliance, quality assurance, and risk management
- Preferably has worked with international consultants, EPC contractors, or donor-funded projects
- Strong background in dam engineering, hydrology, structural engineering, and geotechnical concepts
- Experienced in construction supervision, method statement review, and ITP approval
- Skilled in monitoring work progress, schedule management, and resolving technical issues
- Demonstrated capability to lead large site teams
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent technical report writing and documentation abilities
- Dam engineering, hydrology, structural engineering

- Construction methodologies for dams & hydro structures
- Quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance
- FIDIC contract frameworks
