Job Description

Own and drive the endtoend product strategy and roadmap across Payments, Lending, and Accounts & Services (with future expansion into Cards)
Translate business goals and commercial opportunities into clear product initiatives and priorities
Lead and scale the product team (currently 2 product-focused team members covering Payments and Lending)
Act as the primary product partner to Sales and commercial teams, with a strong B2B focus
Define product requirements and ensure successful delivery in collaboration with outsourced engineering teams
Leverage APIs and embedded finance capabilities to create scalable, partnerready solutions
Use deep understanding of the Philippine FinTech and Digital Banking landscape to inform product decisions
Validate product-market fit, pricing, and gotomarket strategies
Continuously identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in FinTech or Digital Banking, ideally in a product leadership role
Strong exposure to both Payments and Lending products
Demonstrated ownership of product roadmap and strategy
Handson understanding of:
- APIs and APIfirst products
- Embedded finance models
Deep knowledge of the Philippine market, including customer behavior, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, revenue goals, and scalability
Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams
