Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role based in Angeles. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive strategic business planning, improve efficiency across all departments, and manage financial goals, including budgeting and reporting. You will work closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with the company's objectives and ensure the organization's growth and sustainability through effective management practices.

• Expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to oversee and improve organizational processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve decision-making processes
• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage resources, control costs, and oversee financial performance
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven experience in a senior operational or executive role
• Ability to work collaboratively and problem-solve under pressure
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
