Job Description

Partner with the COO on strategic priorities
Drive key cross-functional initiatives
Track progress and remove execution blockers
Manage leadership meetings and action items
Align stakeholders across business functions
Prepare executive updates and communications
Represent the COO in key discussions
Lead strategic and operational projects
Bring structure to complex challenges
Coordinate project resources as needed

The Successful Applicant

8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or general management
Experience supporting a CEO, COO, founder, or leadership team
Proven delivery of cross-functional projects
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Able to balance strategy with execution
Comfortable working in ambiguity
Commercially minded and results-driven
Experience in technology, fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or other high-growth businesses is advantageous
Chief of Staff experience is a plus, not a requirement
