As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as the right-hand to the executive team, bridging the gap between our leadership and Philippine operations. You'll handle high-level coordination, lead initiatives, and make decisions that propel the business forward. One day, you might be refining recruitment strategies for our EA talent pool. What You Will Do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights on operational efficiency, market trends in the Philippines, and opportunities for growth in outsourcing/offshoring
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the Philippines, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of our EA team
  • Lead cross-functional projects, such as process improvements, talent development programs, and expansion initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Serve as a liaison between Philippine teams and our leadership team, facilitating clear communication, resolving issues, and promoting collaboration across time zones
  • Manage executive priorities, including calendar oversight, strategic meeting preparation, and follow-up on key action items
  • Analyze data, prepare executive reports, and develop presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Handle internal and external communications, including stakeholder management, partnership development, and organizational announcements
  • Anticipate organizational needs, identify bottlenecks, and implement systems for scalable operations (e.g., knowledge management, resource allocation)
  • Support financial oversight, including budgeting for Philippine operations, vendor management, and compliance with local regulations
  • Foster a positive team culture, mentor staff, and drive initiatives for employee engagement and professional development

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, or senior leadership support role, ideally in outsourcing, BPO, or professional services industries
  • Background in managing teams, with experience in recruitment, training, or operations in the Philippines
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to execution
  • Experience working with international teams, remote environments, and bridging cultural/time zone differences
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • High-level organizational abilities, with a track record of handling complex priorities and driving results
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms like Asana or Trello)
  • Professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to make independent decisions while aligning with executive vision
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or certifications in business, management, or related fields preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, outsourcing regulations, and local business practices
  • Startup experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, chaotic environments
