We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing, Filipino-founded AI company building the next generation of customer service technology.
This is the company's first Chief of Staff hire. You will work at the center of the business, helping translate the CEO's priorities into clear plans, accountable owners, and completed outcomes across sales, product, engineering, fundraising, and market expansion. This is not a traditional administrative Chief of Staff role. We are looking for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, has strong execution discipline, and naturally takes ownership when things need to get done.
What You'll Do
- You will help run the company's operating system, including priority tracking, weekly reviews, meeting follow-through, and cross-functional execution.
- You will turn high-level founder direction into structured project plans with clear owners, sequencing, and deadlines, then drive those initiatives through to completion.
- You will also serve as the final quality check for important external-facing materials, including client proposals, pricing, presentations, investor materials, and other high-stakes deliverables.
- Beyond day-to-day execution, you will take ownership of strategic workstreams such as fundraising and regional market-entry initiatives, while representing the CEO when needed with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- You will also coach junior team members and help establish a higher standard for what finished looks like across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- You have approximately 4–7 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program/Project Management, Management Consulting, or a similar role where you have been responsible for driving complex work across multiple stakeholders.
- More importantly, you have a demonstrated ability to close loops. You are comfortable tracking multiple commitments, following up with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and pushing initiatives forward without waiting to be asked.
- You are commercially and numerically minded enough to pressure-test a pricing model, presentation, or financial information and identify errors before they reach a client or investor.
- You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly and information may come through imperfectly. If you need a highly structured environment before you can operate effectively, this probably isn't the right role.
Backgrounds That Could Fit
- You may come from a startup founder's office, Business Operations, management consulting, program or project management, technology or telecommunications, BPO/service delivery management, or another role where you have effectively operated as a senior right hand to a business leader.
- Experience with AI tools, fundraising, due diligence, B2B/SaaS, enterprise clients, or technology businesses would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
