Chief of Staff to the CEO (Up to ₱150K | WFH | FREE AI Certification)

You own the operating system that turns executive strategy into execution, serving as the strategic operating partner to the CEO across B2B sales, DTC/e-commerce, marketing, operations, finance, and AI/automation. Your job is to build the dashboards, processes, and accountability mechanisms that allow functional leaders to operate with autonomy while ensuring total organizational visibility.

This is not an administrative role or a reactive support position. You operate in an offshore delivery context within defined scopes, creating systems, managing company-wide KPIs, and eliminating organizational noise so the CEO can focus on vision, growth, and shareholder value. Best suited for high-accountability operators who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments, value commercial rigor, and excel at managing through metrics and execution.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 7+ years of experience in high-growth consumer/CPG, e-commerce, strategy, operations, consulting, or investment banking supporting founder/CEO-level leadership
• Hands-on ownership of Shopify/DTC metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV), Amazon analytics, digital marketing performance, and board/investor reporting decks
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools, workflow optimization, and building single-source-of-truth executive dashboards and reporting systems
• Proven experience operating against cross-functional business metrics spanning retail/distribution, finance, and digital growth
• Willingness to work a full-time, fixed 9-hour mid shift, Monday to Friday, starting between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM PH Time to overlap with U.S. mornings (night shift option available)
• Comfort with daily live calls with the U.S.-based CEO

Strategic Execution & CEO Leverage

• You own executive leverage and priority alignment—translating high-level strategy into clear scoreboards, timelines, and operational momentum.
• Translate the CEO's vision into executable objectives, owners, timelines, and budgets
• Filter organizational noise, manage routine updates, and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks independently
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, forecasts, and strategic financial summaries

Operating Infrastructure & KPI Management

• You own the single source of truth for organizational health—building and running the operational infrastructure across all business functions.
• Build unified dashboards tracking DTC, Amazon, retail, marketing, and operational KPIs
• Enforce accountability mechanisms across functional leaders to ensure business targets are met
• Streamline cross-departmental handoffs between sales, finance, operations, and marketing

AI Integration & Operational Efficiency

• You own process modernization—continually auditing operations to eliminate friction and elevate organizational velocity through technology.
• Identify and map repetitive workflows across all departments
• Automate, delegate, or eliminate operational manual tasks using modern AI and automation tools
• Build scalable digital workflows that allow teams to deliver higher output with fewer manual steps
