Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent graduate degree is an advantage
At least two (2) years of regular audit experience in a Universal Bank, Commercial Bank, Thrift Bank, Rural Bank, Cooperative Bank, Quasi-Bank, or NSSLA
Strong knowledge of internal auditing, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance
Proven integrity, sound judgment, and high ethical standards
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit-related systems or software
