We're hiring for CISO/Head of Cybersecurity - a critical leadership role that will shape and drive the company's enterprise-wide security strategy.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of cybersecurity across the organization, from governance and risk to operations and threat defense.
You will lead the end-to-end cybersecurity function, covering:
- Security Operations & Incident Response (SOC)
- Threat Management & Intelligence
- Vulnerability Management & Security Testing
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Security Awareness & Culture
You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, ensuring cyber risks are well-managed while enabling business growth and digital transformation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- 12–15+ years in cybersecurity, with proven leadership experience
- Strong background across SOC, Threat Management, GRC, and Security Testing
- Experience in large or complex environments (BFSI is a plus)
- Solid understanding of frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, PCI DSS)
- Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on execution
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are an advantage
