Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and people-centric
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the full HR function for the employee organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development
- Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs
- Oversee compensation & benefits strategy and performance management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance standards
- Act as strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design and transformation
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience managing large workforces
- Strong background in organizational development and culture transformation
- Executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills
