Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead and execute the organization's overall people strategy. This executive leadership role is responsible for building organizational capability, developing leadership talent, enhancing employee engagement and productivity, and ensuring that all HR initiatives support the company's strategic goals.
The CHRO will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, compliance, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resources strategies that support the organization's vision, values, and long-term business objectives.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on matters related to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, culture, and talent management.
- Lead end-to-end talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary and administrative cases, policy implementation, and compliance with labor regulations and government requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, wellness, diversity, inclusion, and culture-building programs across the organization.
- Champion organizational change initiatives and support employees through business transformation efforts.
- Design and maintain competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, total rewards systems, and performance-based incentives.
- Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits management, retirement programs, and compensation processes.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback systems, and productivity enhancement programs.
- Strengthen learning and development efforts by creating and implementing leadership and professional development programs.
- Establish workforce planning strategies, succession frameworks, and talent pipelines for critical business functions.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools to support effective decision-making.
- Utilize HR metrics and data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Provide strategic oversight for corporate administration functions, including safety, security, transportation, facility support, and related services.
- Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR leadership team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior HR leadership position such as CHRO, VP for Human Resources, or an equivalent executive role.
- Extensive background in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and change management practices.
- Experience utilizing HR analytics, HR technologies, and digital transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and sound decision-making ability.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and ethical judgment.
- Professional certifications such as PMAP, PSOF, SHRM, or other recognized HR credentials are an advantage.
