Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a diversified Filipino conglomerate with businesses in agribusiness, mining, medical products distribution, and real estate. This role will lead the Group's financial strategy, capital structure, and governance during a period of strategic transformation.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Chairman and CEO, the Group CFO will oversee Group finance, treasury, capital raising, financial planning, compliance, and governance across multiple business units. The role requires a strategic finance leader who can operate effectively in a family-owned conglomerate environment and engage with boards, lenders, and senior stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead debt and equity capital raising and manage lender relationships
• Drive Group financial strategy, planning, and performance management
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, accounting, and finance operations
• Ensure regulatory, tax, and financial reporting compliance
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, and risk management
• Lead finance team development and digital/ERP transformation
• Manage relationships with banks, regulators, investors, and the Board

Qualifications

• CPA required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
• 15+ years in senior finance leadership, including Group CFO or equivalent scope
• Strong experience in debt capital raising, lender negotiations, or restructuring
• Experience in family-owned or diversified conglomerates preferred
• Exposure to agribusiness or multi-industry portfolios is an advantage
• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory environment (BIR, SEC, BSP)
