As Chief Financial Officer, you will be the financial steward of the Airport Group. You will provide strategic oversight of financial management, budgeting, investment planning, treasury, audit, and procurement. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with the Board and airport leaders to drive long-term value creation, operational efficiency, and financial resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-wide financial strategy, policies, and long-term plans.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning across all airport entities.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive treasury management, liquidity monitoring, and capital structuring.
- Provide strategic oversight of procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Conduct financial modeling, investment appraisals, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, DOTr, CAAP, and concession requirements.
- Mentor, develop, and lead Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience as CFO, Group CFO, or DCFO in multi-site operations.
- Strong expertise in financial management, accounting, treasury, and corporate governance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and KPI monitoring.
- Expertise in procurement oversight, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and concession financial requirements (BIR, SEC, DOTr, CAAP).
- Track record of leading multi-disciplinary finance teams and cross-site standardization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
