Client: A leading player in the real estate and properties industry in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea
Role Overview:
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management for the Hospitality portfolio within the group.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital expenditure, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with business and operations leaders to improve revenue, margins, and overall profitability of hotel assets.
- Evaluate investments and projects, providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and data to support better decision-making.
- Build, lead, and develop the hospitality finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Main Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Willing to relocate to Port Moresby.
