A well-funded Series C startup in the technology-enabled commerce space is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen its finance function as the company scales into its next phase of growth. The business operates a high-volume platform serving a complex, fragmented market and combines operational infrastructure with embedded financial and data-driven services. With meaningful scale already achieved, the company is focused on improving financial discipline, compliance, and long-term sustainability. About the Role

Lead and oversee core finance functions, including:

Responsibilities

• Accounting, Tax and statutory compliance (Philippines-focused)
• Treasury and cash management
• Regulatory and operational compliance
• Strengthen accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting
• Address and resolve tax and compliance execution challenges
• Partner with leadership on financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Support strategic decision-making through clear, accurate financial insights
• Maintain a highly hands-on approach, particularly across accounting and compliance
