Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - (Up to 290k + performance-based incentives)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–12+ years of senior finance experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or multi-unit consumer businesses.
• Strong background in project financing and supporting new venue rollouts.
• Hands-on experience working with board-level executives and presenting financial strategy.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit practices.
• Analytical and commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial data for stakeholders.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented.
