Job Description

Lead the overall finance function, providing strategic financial leadership and partnering with the executive team to drive business growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes, ensuring accurate and timely insights to support decision-making.
Ensure robust financial governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks are maintained in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Drive commercial finance initiatives by delivering actionable analysis and recommendations that optimise revenue, margins, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including auditors, banking partners, and regulators, while supporting strategic projects, business transformation initiatives, and investment decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance professional should have:

CPA with proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive position within a complex, multinational, or consumer-facing organisation.
A strong track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and influence decision-making at executive and board level.
