Position Title: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Position Overview
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and oversight to ensure the organization's fiscal health, sustainability, and growth. This role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. The CFO will partner closely with executive leadership to support business strategy, optimize financial performance, and ensure transparency in reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning.
Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities.
Oversee accounting, treasury, billing, collections, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to the Board and senior leadership.
Implement financial controls, policies, and risk management systems to safeguard organizational assets.
Support decision-making for investments, expansions, and operational improvements.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, government agencies, and other financial stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to build capability and ensure high performance.
Drive continuous process improvement in financial systems and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required.
Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in healthcare, FMCG, BPO, or other service-driven industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
High integrity and ability to work in a confidential, fast-paced environment.
