CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OFFICE - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
. To lead the optimization of good financial management and corporate governance, check and balance to meet the Group's objectives and goals.
. To be responsible to provide strategic forecast, financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO & the Group's Chairman as well as the members of the executive management team of the company.
. To be fully responsible for managing financial actions of the company comprising from cash flow to analyzing strengths and weaknesses of the company to support accurate corporate forecasts and decision-making to meet the Group's overall goals and objectives.
. To lead in the timely top-management financial reporting, forecasts and budgetary control to the CEO, Group's Chairman and key stakeholders of the Group in Japan.
. To also lead, direct and guide the entire finance & accounting team of the group of companies in Singapore.
. To support the QMS (Quality Management System) & perform the roles & responsibilities defined in the various procedures & documentation.
. Extraordinary and special reporting and establish counter plans to the Chairman & BOD during crisis and troubled times.
. Able to travel overseas frequently to support the objectives of the Company.
SOFT SKILLS & APPLICATIONS
. very fluent & proficient in the Japanese Language to effectively communicate and support business operations involving Japanese stakeholders
. excellent working knowlege & hands-on on financial management & accounting principles & policies, and taxation.
