Chief Finance Officer

Hakuhodo International Philippines is looking for a Chief Finance Officer to lead finance across our advertising, media, events and brand communications business. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll shape our financial strategy, keep us compliant with local and Hakuhodo shared services requirements, and steer IT, Procurement & Administration, and HR from a financial and efficiency standpoint.

What you'll do

• Set and execute the company's financial strategy, governance and risk management
• Own financial statements, reporting to the Board and executive team, tax, and external audits
• Lead annual budgets, financial models, forecasts and KPI tracking
• Manage capital structure, liquidity, banking relationships and M&A or investment evaluations
• Oversee IT investments and cybersecurity from a financial risk lens
• Partner with HR on compensation, benefits, payroll compliance and workforce planning
• Drive cost control and finance automation
• Lead, mentor and build succession for the finance and accounting teams

What you bring

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), required
• [10+] years in finance, including [5+] in a senior finance leadership role
• Deep knowledge of PFRS, Philippine tax laws and regulatory compliance
• Finance experience in advertising, media, events, activations, PR or brand communications
• Track record with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and cost allocation
• Experience with media buying, event activation contracts and financial risk
• Hands-on with ERP, automation and finance systems; strong Excel and data analysis
