Oversees implementation of preventive, corrective, and comprehensive maintenance programs for all building systems.
Reviews and approves repair works, system upgrades, consumable requests, and energy conservation initiatives.
Ensures compliance with technical contracts, SLAs, permits, and regulatory engineering requirements.
Monitors utilities consumption and system performance, and approves actions for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Remarkable Customer Experience (RXC) (R)
Ensures timely resolution of escalated engineering and tenant concerns.
Coordinates with property management, tenants, and service providers to minimize service disruptions.
Maintains operational reliability, cleanliness, and safety of all technical facilities and common areas.
Builds trust and strong client relationships through visibility, responsiveness, and quality service delivery.
- Lead, Manage and Make People Accountable (LMA) (R)
Supervises and evaluates building engineers, technicians, and outsourced service providers.
Plans manpower schedules, task assignments, and succession development.
Coaches and trains team members on technical skills, safety, and company standards.
Enforces company policies, safety protocols, and promotes accountability and teamwork.
Prepares and reviews monthly engineering reports (maintenance updates, utilities, equipment status).
Submits incident reports, CAPEX & OPEX proposals, and budget monitoring.
Ensures timely submission of regulatory/permit compliance reports to government agencies (DOE, LGU, Fire, etc.).
Presents engineering updates, concerns, and recommendations during management and client meetings.
- Safety, Energy Efficiency & Continuous Improvement (A)
Oversees energy conservation programs (Enercon).
Leads root-cause analysis for equipment failures and implements long-term solutions.
Ensures workplace safety, conducts regular emergency and fire drills, and maintains compliance with OSH standards. Drives innovation, technology upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.
