As ICP continues to push the boundaries of decentralized AI (DeAI), scalable Web3 applications, DeFi, RWA, and real-world enterprise adoption, we are hiring a Chief Ecosystem Officer. This is a senior C-level leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the full ecosystem strategy and be responsible for scaling builders, projects, capital inflow, on-chain activity, and global adoption of the Internet Computer through our hub.
This role is ideal for a visionary Web3 ecosystem leader who:
- Has 10+ years of senior experience leading ecosystem growth, grant programs, developer relations, or strategic initiatives in major blockchain protocols or Layer-1 ecosystems
- Possesses deep knowledge of the Internet Computer Protocol, canister smart contracts, reverse gas model, chain-key technology, DeAI, and the unique advantages of truly decentralized computing
- Has a proven track record of scaling ecosystems growing developer activity, launched projects, grant programs, TVL, and real-world adoption metrics
- Maintains a strong personal network with ICP builders, DAOs, protocols, VCs, foundations, and key Web3 players
- Actively participates in crypto markets and manages meaningful personal holdings in ICP and other digital assets
- Combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and the ability to inspire builders and partners at the highest level
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive global ecosystem growth strategy for the ICP network through DeArk
- Scaling grant programs, incubation initiatives, technical support, and builder acceleration efforts to attract top talent and high-potential projects
- Building and nurturing high-impact strategic partnerships with protocols, DAOs, enterprises, universities, investment funds, and other Layer-1 ecosystems
- Driving measurable growth in developer activity, project launches, on-chain TVL, transaction volume, and real-world use cases on the Internet Computer
- Leading major educational programs, hackathons, workshops, community events, and co-creation initiatives
- Identifying and supporting the most promising builders and projects with funding, resources, mentorship, and strategic guidance
- Collaborating closely with the DFINITY Foundation and other global ICP Hubs to ensure aligned ecosystem development and maximum impact
- Representing DeArk and the ICP ecosystem as a thought leader at major Web3 conferences, summits, and high-level industry events
- Building and leading a high-performing ecosystem team focused on growth, adoption, and long-term sustainability
- Setting and tracking key ecosystem KPIs including grants deployed, active developers, launched dApps, on-chain metrics, and overall ecosystem health
