Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Audit Officer, based in Cebu. The Chief Audit Officer will lead the bank's internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities include planning and conducting comprehensive audit engagements, analyzing financial and operational risks, preparing audit reports with actionable recommendations, and overseeing IT audits. The role also involves collaborating with senior management to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Auditing and preparation of Audit Reports
• Proficiency in IT Audit processes and related best practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance with advanced Analytical Skills
• Proven experience in managing and executing risk-based audit strategies
• Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or relevant certifications are highly desirable
• In-depth understanding of banking regulations and industry standards in the Philippines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
