Chief Audit Executive

Role Overview

The Chief Audit Executive (CAE), at the Senior Vice President (SVP) level, is responsible for leading the internal audit function across the organization and its subsidiaries. This role ensures the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes, while providing independent and objective assurance and advisory services to the Board, Audit Committee, and Senior Management.

Qualifications:

*Minimum 15 years of progressive audit experience, including:

• Internal Audit
• Risk Management
• Compliance
• Corporate Governance

*Proven leadership experience in a holding company or multi-entity environment.

*Strong expertise in:

• Risk-based audit planning
• Internal controls (e.g., COSO framework)
• Regulatory and tax compliance

*Demonstrated experience auditing:

• Shared services environments
• Administrative and operational processes

*Track record of effectively engaging with Boards and Audit Committees.

*Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent).
