Senior Manager / Director / Head / AVP
An established organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation is seeking a senior leader to build and scale its enterprise AI capability.
This role will be responsible for aligning AI innovation with business strategy while ensuring sustainable governance, operational excellence, and measurable commercial impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and execute a long-term AI vision and transformation roadmap
- Lead enterprise AI programs spanning automation, predictive analytics, intelligent customer engagement, and internal productivity tools
- Oversee AI engineering standards, platform scalability, and operational reliability
- Guide the development of advanced AI applications including generative AI assistants and personalization engines
- Establish governance frameworks around privacy, model performance, security, and ethical AI
- Influence senior leadership and business units on AI adoption and prioritization
What We're Looking For
- Senior leadership experience in AI, data science, digital platforms, or enterprise technology
- Strong commercial understanding of AI adoption and business transformation
- Expertise in cloud AI infrastructure, data engineering, and scalable deployment practices
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and executive influencing skills
