Job Description

National Teachers College is a private educational institution located in Quiapo, Manila, Philippines. It was founded in 1928 and offers basic, and higher education. Job Function:

Detail the general purpose or responsibility of this position.

Manages the day-to-day operation of the Accounting & Finance Department.

Ensures compliance with accounting standards.

Manages the finance team to ensure accomplishment of target goals.

Prepares compliance reports.

Maintains records of all financial transactions.

Prepares periodic financial reports and finalization of monthly financial closing and submission to the Parent Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Financial Reporting

1.1 Management and reconciliation of accounts maintained by the Company.

1.2 Provide timely and accurate monthly financial reports on a periodic basis.

2 Compliance

2.1 Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, and board of directors.

2.2 Coordinate financial statements and audit with external and internal auditors.

3 Control & Monitoring

3.1 Creates and manages policies and procedures related to asset safeguarding.

3.2 Ensure continuous implementation of policies and procedures within the department.

3.3 Accurate processing and control of financial data and records.

3.4 Supervision of day-to-day finance activities.

4 School Management System Adaption

4.1 Smooth execution of SMS routines

5 Accounting Staff Support

5.1 Timely feedbacks to the staff

5.2 Quality of solutions
