Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rizal for a Chemist. The Chemist will be responsible for day-to-day activities in the laboratory, including conducting quality control testing, developing and refining formulations, and leading research and development initiatives. The role will also involve analyzing samples, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the creation of innovative products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold product excellence is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including handling equipment and conducting experiments
• Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Control processes to ensure product standards
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data and problem-solving
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and ability to conduct innovative Research
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards
• Relevant experience in the paint or coatings industry is an advantage
