Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chef De Partie role based in Cebu. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific kitchen station, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring consistent food presentation. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef, managing kitchen operations, and supervising junior kitchen staff. The role requires maintaining high levels of cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards, and contributing to menu development.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
  • Proficiency in kitchen operations, time management, and inventory control
  • Strong supervisory skills to manage and train junior kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food cost, safety, hygiene standards, and proper kitchen equipment usage
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Creativity in menu planning and recipe development
  • Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
