Ready to grow your culinary career at sea We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie 3 (CDP3) to join our onboard culinary team. This role is an excellent opportunity for chefs seeking leadership experience in a high-volume, international hospitality environment while developing toward future Chef de Partie and Sous Chef positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of an assigned galley workstation and support smooth food production across multiple dining venues.
• Prepare and present menu items according to company recipes, quality standards, and service schedules.
• Lead, coach, and train Commis Chefs and junior culinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock requisitions, receiving deliveries, and food cost control.
• Monitor food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Support culinary training programs and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sous Chefs and senior galley leaders to achieve operational excellence.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in hotels, resorts, cruise ships, restaurants, or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Strong culinary foundation with knowledge of international cuisine and food production.
• Leadership potential with experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
• Good understanding of HACCP, food hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning, development, and career progression within the culinary field.
