Role Description The Chauffeur role at Voyg Transport Services Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bacolod. The Chauffeur is responsible for safely operating company vehicles, following assigned routes and schedules, and ensuring passengers reach their destinations on time. Daily tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle, and complying with traffic laws and company safety protocols. The Chauffeur will provide courteous, professional customer service, assist passengers with boarding and luggage as needed, and coordinate with dispatch or operations staff regarding route changes, delays, and trip updates. The role also involves keeping accurate trip logs, reporting any maintenance concerns promptly, and representing Voyg with a high level of reliability and integrity.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in transportation services, including safe and efficient driving for passengers or cargo.
Knowledge of truck and vehicle operations, with the ability to perform basic checks and report issues promptly.
Background in truckload shipping or logistics is an advantage, especially in managing schedules and routes.
Experience in operations management related to transport or fleet coordination is beneficial.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and provide a respectful, professional rider experience.
Valid and appropriate driver's license with a clean driving record; familiarity with Bacolod routes and local traffic regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required, and maintain punctuality and reliability.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in defensive driving or transport safety is a plus.
