- Develop and implement solutions that will improve Chatbot user experience
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user experience & behavior
- Perform UATs and live testing to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand policy or process dependencies and to manage potential risks
- Provide progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Bachelor's degree in management engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or business
- At least 3 years total work experience with 1 to 2 years project management, strategy, or e-commerce experience
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Strong mathematical reasoning and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly conversational
- Previous experience in artificial intelligence, conversational design, or programming is a plus
