Job Description

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities for efficient subscriber support.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and confidently engages in conversations of any nature.
  • Thrives independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
  • Open to flexible and shifting schedules, accommodating changing work hours.
  • Familiarity or experience with chat software and systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to subscribers messages and engage in conversations in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Utilize creative communication skills to provide a personalized and fun experience for the subscribers.
  • Adhere to company and client policies and guidelines.
  • Keep detailed records of subscribers interactions and any issues that may arise.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
