Chat Support Agent (Fully remote)

This position has a fixed monthly payment, so you always know your expenses will be covered, AND you'll also receive specific bonuses for achieving desired results.

What we are looking for:

• Strong written English (natural, conversational)
• Detail-oriented and able to follow systems
• Reliable availability and consistency
• Prior customer support (chat) experience is required

Ideally, someone who:

• Pays attention to details
• Can keep conversations flowing naturally
• Wants stable, remote work in a structured environment

Don't be overwhelmed, we will give you the tools and relevant SOPs. If you read this, remember the word pink. You'll need to be available during US working hours, seven days a week.

Requirements:

• An extremely stable and FAST internet connection
• A backup internet connection and backup power supply to ensure you can work in any conditions.
• High attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs perfectly.

This position has a 3-month probation period, you'll be fully paid during that time, but the final hiring decision will be made after the three-month period.

Earn up to 40,000 Pesos per month within the first 6 months. You will get 25,000 Pesos fixed during probation + up to 15,000 Pesos in bonuses after probation.
