This is a full-time, fully remote position, open to candidates based in the Philippines.

About the Role

As a Chat Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers through live chat. Your role will focus on providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, clarity, and tone)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat tools is an advantage
