Responsibilities

• Assist customers through chat and online messaging
• Recommend products or services based on customer needs
• Handle product inquiries, pricing, and promotions
• Identify sales opportunities and convert chats into successful sales
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer concerns and objections professionally
• Process orders and assist with account or payment concerns
• Document customer interactions and sales transactions
  

Qualifications

• No BPO experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College graduates and fresh graduates are welcome
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Confident in communicating with customers through chat
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented
• Willing to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules
