Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Quezon City for various accounts, including Healthcare, Financial, Travel, Retail, Insurance, Technical Support, Sales, Hotel Reservation, Telecommunications (Telco), and other Customer Support Accounts. Assist customers with inquiries and concerns while providing accurate, professional, and efficient support.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College level or graduates are welcome
• No BPO experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
  
  

Training & Work Setup

• Onsite: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
