Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and creative Channel Specialist - Events/Exec Client Engagement to lead the development, management, and optimization of content for in‑person and virtual events. This role supports end‑to‑end event content operations—from asset creation and toolkit management to compliance reviews, performance tracking, and AI‑assisted workflows. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, skilled in cross‑functional collaboration, and comfortable working in regulated, fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Event Content Development & Execution

  • Develop and manage a wide range of event assets, including brochures, one‑pagers, booth screens, videos, demos, session decks, and digital materials.
  • Execute the event content plan across multiple event types, ensuring deliverables meet brand, quality, and accessibility standards.

Toolkit & Content System Management

  • Build and maintain reusable content toolkits (templates, modules, snippets) with proper metadata, tagging, and version control.
  • Ensure content systems support reuse, quick updates, and consistent user experience.

Executive & Client-Facing Content

  • Support development of executive briefing books, tailored case studies, follow‑up communications, and other client engagement materials.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals with brand, legal, and compliance stakeholders.

Creative & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative teams on copywriting, design, and basic video editing needs.
  • Ensure all event assets adhere to style guidelines, accessibility requirements, and brand voice.

Event Operations & Execution Support

  • Coordinate content inputs related to event logistics—including specs, deadlines, run‑of‑show details, and file delivery requirements.
  • Manage pre‑launch checklists, QA activities, and readiness reviews.

AI‑Enabled Content Workflows

  • Use AI tools to draft abstracts, session descriptions, recap summaries, and asset variations.
  • Apply thorough human review to maintain accuracy, clarity, brand alignment, and compliance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track engagement metrics such as asset downloads, QR scans, session attendance, and booth interactions.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations to continuously improve event content strategy.

Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain audit trails, content documentation, and artifacts required for regulatory compliance and internal governance.
  • Follow structured processes in regulated settings to ensure accuracy and auditability.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in event content production, marketing communications, or sales enablement—experience in regulated or complex industries preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with presentation tools, event platforms, and basic video production workflows.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with careful attention to accuracy, brand consistency, and accessibility requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted content creation and readiness to adopt new tools and processes.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills; able to manage multiple events and tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
