Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Channel Sales Specialist role based in Quezon City. The Channel Sales Specialist will manage and grow relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive revenue and market coverage. Responsibilities include identifying new channel opportunities, presenting product and solution offerings, and supporting partners throughout the sales cycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to develop channel programs, promotions, and sales enablement materials. The specialist will monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and provide responsive support to channel partners to ensure a positive partner and end-customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Channel Sales and experience working with Channel Partners within the ICT or related industry.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear presentation, active listening, and stakeholder coordination.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with ICT products, solutions, and channel business models is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities on-site.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
