Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Generally 7–12+ years in channel sales, business development, with several years in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical skills, and familiarity with CRM software.
Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales potential.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team Channel Specialist to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Monitor and analyze channel KPIs, manage sales funnels, and prepare accurate revenue forecasts.
Resolve conflicts between partners and internal direct sales teams to ensure a harmonious sales environment.
Promote a common understanding within the department of processes, policies and practices that are relevant or impact the individual and/or the division.
Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and commercial terms with key partners.
