Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard small and mid-size channel partners to expand market penetration and accelerate revenue growth in the SMB segment.
  • Develop, manage, and continuously strengthen relationships with existing SMB partners, ensuring their engagement, performance, and long-term loyalty to our solutions.
  • Collaborate with SMB partners to design and execute scalable joint sales and marketing programs that effectively drive lead generation and create new sales opportunities.
  • Provide hands-on product, sales, and positioning training to partners to improve their technical capability, sales readiness, and overall competitiveness in the market.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on channel sales metrics, partner performance, and pipeline progress, offering insights to improve partner productivity and coverage.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless alignment on partner strategies, opportunity management, and deal support for SMB markets.
  • Support partners in navigating pricing, promotions, and deal registration processes to enable quicker response and higher win rates in the SMB ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales within the IT industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence partners at all levels.
  • Experience in direct customer engagement is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
