At least 3 years of managerial experience in related role
5u0026ndash8 years experience in channel management, partnerships, or account management.
Bacheloru0026rsquos degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analytical and able to track partner performance and program results.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple partners.
Leadership or team supervision experience is an advantage.

YOUR DAILY TASKS Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for partners and address any issues or concerns.
Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners.
Provide ongoing support and resources to partners, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
Liaise with other departments to cascade and ensure partner concerns are address
Track and analyze the performance of channel programs, using metrics such as partner satisfaction and partner attrition
Keep partners informed about new products, features, or changes in the companyu0027s offerings.
Equip partners with sales tools and marketing materials to enhance their effectiveness.
Partner Offboarding/Separation - Documentation and process discussion
Partner Program Development and Management
Design and implement channel partner programs that align with the companyu0026rsquos strategic goals.
Develop and deliver training programs for partners to ensure they understand global offshoring and the process related to achieve a successful journey.
Initiate data gathering to ensure partner feedback and inputs are used in developing relevant and timely programs
Develop incentives, promotions, events and training initiatives to engage and empower channel partners.
Monitor the performance of channel programs and make adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
Identify and address underperforming areas and develop strategies to improve partner productivity.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance and executives to ensure partnersu0026rsquo needs/concerns are addressed
Ensures alignment with Organizational objective
Collaborate on product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives that involve channel partners.
Team Management
Induction/Training of newly hired Channel program Officers
Bi-annual performance reviews and Individual Development Plan
Individual Staff Development u0026ndash training, cross-skilling, up-skilling
Ensure KPIs and Targets are met by the current team
