JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Marketing and Channel Manager is primarily responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive usage, leads generation and conversion on the online loan application platform of Business Banking. the online presence of the company, drive customer acquisition, and achieve marketing goals. This position is key in developing and implementing competitive and relevant digital marketing strategies and campaigns all year round.
The Digital Marketing and Channel Manager is responsible for managing the digital funnel from platform traffic, leads generation, application to conversion, encompassing strategy, design and implementation of initiatives on digital media mix, digital customer journey, platform design, testing and targeting and technical and production performance. The Digital Marketing and Channel Manager is also responsible for managing and optimizing the digital marketing budget.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing content creation and campaigns, and implement competitive strategies for distribution and placements across digital channels, including social media, websites, Google ads and blogs towards leads generation. These include programs in social media marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing and paid advertising.
- Oversee, strategize and manage customer journeys on Business Banking's digital loan application platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital loan application platform, marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements on campaigns and platform design and customer interface, and maximize digital channels for client acquisition and leads generation.
- Actively manage the functional performance of the platform and the leads funnel performance leveraging on a data-first approach.
- Understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to optimize conversion.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and optimized allocation of resources and positive return on investment, and the accreditation of suppliers and compliance to internal controls and external rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, functionality and customer interface, content, development and monitoring, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing and channel management initiatives, and ensure that these meet objectives.
- Conduct market researches on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and best practices in digital marketing and digital platform performance and management.
QULAIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or Communications
- At least 3 year experience relevant to the role. Experience in an Ecommerce platform is an advantage
- Knowledge on digital metrics
- Skills: Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, Campaign Performance Monitoring, Account Management, Project/Campaign Management, Financial Projections, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Familiar in Bicol region and neighboring provinces.
