Job Description

As a Channel Marketing Operations Specialist, you are the engine room behind our partner marketing success. You ensure that our marketing programs, tools, and budgets are running efficiently so our partners (distributors, resellers, and agencies) can sell more effectively. You bridge the gap between high-level marketing strategy and the technical execution required to make it happen.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner Portal Management: Act as the primary administrator for our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system. You'll ensure partners have access to the right marketing assets, training materials, and deal registration tools.
  • MDF & Budget Oversight: Manage Market Development Funds (MDF). This involves reviewing partner marketing requests, ensuring they align with our guidelines, and tracking proof of execution before approving payments.
  • Lead Management & Flow: Coordinate the flow of leads from marketing campaigns to our channel partners. You'll ensure no lead goes cold by monitoring partner follow-up and reporting on conversion rates.
  • Campaign Execution Support: Help partners launch ready-to-go marketing campaigns. You'll provide them with co-branded templates, email tracks, and social media content.
  • Data & Reporting: Track the performance of channel marketing programs. You'll create dashboards to show which partners are most active and which campaigns are driving the most revenue.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Audit partner websites and marketing materials to ensure our brand is represented correctly and consistently across the entire channel.
