The
Channel Manager is primarily responsible in ensuring optimal productivity of the assigned channel of Retail Loans business through the strategic channel management to achieve business targets.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides Business Review/ updates to various sales channels to optimize channel productivity.
- Plans and coordinates sales channel training program to educate and promote awareness of housing and auto loan products for sales channel to effectively sell to the consumers
- Manages sales activities with channels partners to encourage housing and auto loan turn-ins to support the financial targets of the business
- Recommends motivational programs such as incentives, recognition programs and other initiatives that can boost channel productivity support the financial targets of the business
- Conducts postmortem of channel initiatives
- Creates and cascades communication materials in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage approved budget allocated to assigned channel.
- Manage people responsibility of staff such checking of staff's output, including hiring, replacement and career development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, and other related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Marketing preferably in the banking industry
