The Channel Manager – Credit Cards is responsible for driving the productivity and growth of sales channels in cross-selling and acquisition of Credit Cards, SIP Loans, and Personal Loans. The role develops strategic sales plans, techniques, efficiencies, and incentive programs to expand the customer base and strengthen the branch channel presence. The Channel Manager also manages sales cycles with partners, supervises acquisition programs, ensures budget compliance, and supports people development within the assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Drives growth of Credit Card, Prepaid Card, Debit Activation, SIP Loan, and Personal Loan portfolios across assigned branches and channels by at least +20% YOY
- Manages the multiple sales cycle with channel partners from initial contact to implementation
- Builds and sustains strong partnerships with branch officers, segment heads, and alternative channel partners
- Creates sales programs for internal channels and depositor segments including referral incentive programs and data mining cross-sell programs
- Supervises the team managing acquisition programs and campaigns ensuring channels achieve sales targets
- Manages the area's selling expenses within approved budget or with income-generating initiatives
- Analyzes channel and branch performance data to recommend strategies that improve approval rates in coordination with Credit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field; preferably from a top business-related program
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Banking and Financial Services
- Strong product knowledge in Credit, Debit, Prepaid, SIP, and Personal Loans
- Skills in account management, consultative selling, negotiation, relationship management, and sales operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization
