Channel Account Manager (Networking Solutions)

Job Summary
Achieve Without Borders (AWB) is seeking a Channel Account Manager with a specialized background in the IT Distribution or System Integration (SI) landscape. This is not a general sales role; it is a high-touch partner management position. You will be the primary link between AWB and our network of resellers and SIs, driving growth by enabling partners to successfully position and sell our portfolio of IT networking solutions.
The ideal candidate understands the Tier system of IT sales and has an existing network within the local ICT channel to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Onboarding: Identify and recruit high-potential Reseller Partners and System Integrators that align with AWB's networking portfolio.
- Partner Enablement & Advocacy: Act as the Internal Voice of the Partner. Ensure SIs and Resellers are fully equipped with product knowledge, marketing collateral, and technical support to close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Collaborate with partner sales teams to track project leads, registered opportunities, and deal registrations to ensure a healthy, predictable funnel.
- Joint Business Planning: Conduct regular Business Reviews with key partners to identify growth areas, address roadblocks, and plan joint marketing activities or product briefings.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Pre-Sales and Operations to ensure that partner quotes and technical requirements are handled with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience specifically within IT Distribution, an ICT Vendor/Principal, or a Tier-1 System Integrator.
- Channel Savvy: Deep understanding of the Philippine IT channel ecosystem (Distributor → Reseller → End-User) and how Value-Added services drive partner loyalty.
- Network: Must possess an existing rolodex of contacts within the Metro Manila IT reseller community.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Networking Services is highly preferred. You must be comfortable discussing solutions, not just boxes.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage conflict of interest between partners and maintain long-term trust.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
