Job Description

Job Title:Channel Account Manager

Location:Makati City

Employment Type:Full-Time

Job Summary

The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with reseller partners, system integrators, and key channel partners to support business growth for AWB Networks. The role focuses on partner engagement, channel development, opportunity support, and internal coordination to ensure partners are effectively enabled to promote and sell AWB's portfolio of IT networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Growth

  • Support the development and execution of channel strategies to strengthen AWB's market presence and partner coverage.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new reseller partners and business opportunities in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to encourage consistent engagement and collaboration.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partner relationships through regular communication, visits, and coordination.
  • Support partner enablement activities such as product briefings, trainings, and sales support initiatives.
  • Coordinate joint activities such as promotions, partner events, and solution presentations when applicable.

Sales Support & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor partner activity, engagement, and basic pipeline health in coordination with Sales.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on partner performance and market feedback.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve partner productivity and coverage.

Market Intelligence & Business Insights

  • Gather feedback from partners on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Share insights with management to support product positioning and business planning.
  • Recommend potential improvements in partner programs and channel processes.

Internal Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth partner support and order execution.
  • Ensure partner transactions follow company policies and internal procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement of channel workflows and partner engagement processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Basic understanding of IT networking or technology solutions is an advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to conduct local partner visits as required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
