A SDCM Sales Associate is principally responsible in providing support to the SDCM's Sales & Channel Managers, Team Head, Department Heads, and Division head's business goals and directions through actively coordinating with partners channels in cross-selling Credit Card, SIP Loans and Personal Loans. They should also provide necessary support to the concerns escalated from the channels (ex. MIS/productivity report, service related requests etc.).
Responsibilities
- Has knowledge on: products sales processes, Credit policy, Systems, Operations to support daily activities.
- Communicates and interact with channel partners and officers (AM to VP level) for a stronger partnership and collaboration.
- Works with the channels to cross sell cards and personal loan products.
- Builds and maintain a strong partnership on the channel being handled.
- Manages the multiple sales cycle including initial contact, identification of client needs, presentations, negotiation, underwriting and implementation.
- Assists the SDCM Division/Department/Team Heads & Sales & Channel Managers in the planning and implementation of the various sales programs.
- Passes information/complaints between handled channels and in-charge units in resolving customers concerns.
- Handles complaints relayed by their respective assigned channels, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time frame and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Liaises with any channel in addressing different concerns to help cross-sell products
- Works closely with the other team to strengthen value proposition offered by products handled.
