What is this role about
This role will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns on multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app, website, etc.) using marketing platforms and analytical tools.
What will YOU do
1. Implement EDM and SMS campaigns for CCM programs while ensuring these efforts result in improved customer reach and engagements.
2. Profile and segment the company's customer database to be used in different campaigns.
3. Maintain the integrity of the customer database by performing regular checks to ensure all information and data stored remain accurate, complete and reliable
4. Use tracking codes in email, and webpages to track customer behavior to gain insights on how to effectively target customers.
5. Liaise with vendors of marketing and analytical tools for the latest trends and best practices in implementing effective targeted marketing campaigns
6. Collaborate with other subunits of CCM for targeted marketing campaign requirements.
7. Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
