Prepares performance reports for platform channels, focusing on usage and efficiency to support revenue generation and cost optimization initiatives. Ensures prompt response to downtime incidents to maintain service reliability and minimize disruptions. Conducts market and customer research through surveys, feedback collection, and analysis of BPI transaction data to identify ATM user segments and define relevant functionalities aligned with customer expectations.

Provides administrative support including documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Aids in the management of the relationship with switch partner and vendor. This includes compliance to policies for the projects and initiatives of regulatory bodies. Ensures ATM compliance with BSP regulations by verifying the presence of security tips, complete decal sets, and proper masking of confidential data on ATM receipts, in accordance with the Compliance Matrix. Coordinates timely maintenance and issue resolution, which helps avoid revenue loss and customer dissatisfaction

Qualifications

  • Basic Knowledge in ATM and ATM systems
  • Basic Knowledge in Project Management
  • Good documentation skills
  • Excellent Logical reasoning
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
  • Data Analytic skills
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
